branca):<\/strong> arroz, pizza, massa, batata frita, p\u00e3es, cereais refinados etc.<\/li><li><strong>A\u00e7\u00facares e doces:<\/strong> bolos, biscoitos, sorvetes, sucos industrializados, etc.<\/li><li><strong>Alimentos ultraprocessados e gorduras ruins:<\/strong> salgadinhos de pacote, batata frita, ketchup, margarina, salsicha, presunto e comida pronta congelada. \u2028Esses alimentos alteram os n\u00edveis de horm\u00f4nios como insulina e adrenalina no corpo, e podem at\u00e9 provocar um processo de inflama\u00e7\u00e3o cr\u00f4nica. \u2028Essa altera\u00e7\u00e3o
