It’s possible to hit your 40s without experiencing many—or any –major health issue. However, after this stage, things can start changing due to the reduction of hormones like testosterone and growth hormone. It is important to start learning about these changes in your body and adjust your life style to help your body to deal with them.

- High blood pressure;
- High cholesterol and fatty liver;
- Ischaemic heart disease;

Constantly feeling like you’ve got no energy, weight gain/loss or difficulty to handle stress well are perfect examples of the signs that need your attention.
It is important to remember that choosing a balanced diet and practice a regular physical activity, will increase the chances of keeping you away from health problems.
